Shayan Mosaic Concrete Products Cooperative Company, with over 16 years of experience in the mosaic and concrete products industry, is one of the largest and best-equipped mosaic manufacturers in the country. Established in 2000 (1379 in the Iranian calendar) under the management of Mr. Ghader Afshar, the company was founded with the goal of producing diverse, high-quality vibrated and pressed concrete products. It is located on a site spanning over 25,000 square meters in Hashtgerd, in the west of Alborz Province. Through the continuous efforts of its management and skilled workforce, and by utilizing advanced machinery, leveraging the expertise of domestic and foreign specialists, maintaining precise supervision over the production process, and operating a fully equipped laboratory in compliance with all standards, the company has succeeded in obtaining the Iranian National Standard Mark 755 and the ISO 9001:2008 Management Quality Certificate from the UK. Currently, Shayan Mosaic is dedicated to serving and contributing to the development of our beloved country, Iran, while aligning with global markets and engaging in exports.

Wash concrete, or washed mosaic, is a colored flooring made from cement, sand, stones, adhesive, and plasticizers. It is produced by mixing raw materials and pouring them into molds using the vibration method.

Wash concrete, also known as washed mosaic, is a type of concrete flooring produced by combining cement, sand, mineral stones, concrete adhesive, and concrete plasticizers in various colors. To produce wash concrete, which is primarily made using the vibration method, the raw materials (including cement, sand, and various types of stones with different gradations) are mixed together and then poured into plastic molds.
